Confidentiality Agreement (a.k.a. Non-Disclosure Agreements or ‘NDAs’)

An agreement between two parties or more to keep information shared between these parties private and away from the public and/or competitive parties.  It is a legal document/agreement binding the parties. Confidentiality Agreements have a term of duration and other stipulations so it is highly advisable that to read the agreement carefully.
