Free Idea Review - How to protect your idea
Every idea is different, so it is worth getting an independent review of the best way to proceed with your individual project from the outset. Innovate offers a free idea review to help us better advise you on the next best steps for your project and the potential costs, as applicable to you. Should we recommend a service to help progress your project, all costs will be outlined from the onset; so it is entirely up to you whether you choose to proceed. Advice is always free of charge and there is always someone on hand to answer your questions. If you request a review, your project will be assigned to a Client Manager who will be able to help you with your project from start to finish.
Why do I need a free idea review?
- Determine if your idea is something Innovate Design can help with – if not we will endeavour to recommend someone who can!
- Suggest the best method for protecting your idea
- Conduct some basic initial research to indicate the potential market.
- Recommend the best next step to help progress your project
A confidentiality agreement needs to be signed before submitting your idea. This is a legal document preventing us from developing or using your new idea without prior permission, or disclosing information to any third party. We would never recommend disclosing your idea to anyone without having a confidentiality agreement in place – for this reason we cannot discuss your project with you until this is in place. Innovate do not take any future profit from the idea and therefore the project remains 100% your own throughout.
Once we have received your idea, we will endeavour to contact you within five working days with our conclusions. If you have any questions about the idea review or any other queries regarding your idea, feel free to call us on: 020 7354 5640
